We’ve come a long way in the last 10 years and the way ahead looks even brighter. Ranked 20th in the Sunday Times International Track 200 awards 2019, we’ve been acknowledged as being one of Britain’s fastest growing private companies. But it’s our people that make us who we are, and we are proud to have some of the most experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated individuals within our industry, at every level in our business.
At Sigma, we need driven and ambitious “go-getters” who make things happen and really know their stuff. We are inclusive and approachable, creating an environment to help you deliver a great performance. Join our team of dedicated experts and help us to reach our goals.
Our business is about transforming commercial spaces and we’ve been doing this successfully since 1994. Over the years, we’ve developed some great relationships with high profile companies such as Asda, Lidl, Primark, Footlocker and Sainsbury’s, who trust and value our expertise.
We recognise that each of our customers has significantly different requirements, with this in mind, we are continually re-evaluating the services we offer and reinvesting in our business and people to ensure we keep one step ahead of the competition.
We know we need to deliver results and sustainable business growth. Standing still is not an option.
We’re pretty unique too! Our complete “end to end” service is hard to find from any other provider. From design right through to installation – we offer an unrivalled, complete and professional service, collaborating with our clients to help bring their ideas to life. Our clients love this innovative approach and are reaping the rewards of working with Sigma as a single provider of combined services, tailored to their needs.
Where could you fit in?
We’re always looking for great talent to join our team.
Our unique end to end service means we need people with a wide range of skills and experience across a huge variety of specialist areas, from Warehousing Operatives to Commercial Managers, there’s a job here for you.
So whether you’re an Electrician with lots of spark, an experienced Project Manager with a passion for planning or a Quantity Surveyor who’s looking for more of a challenge, we can give you the support and encouragement to help you flourish.
Special mention also to our Central Support Services teams - we couldn’t achieve what we do without them. They provide our dedicated expertise through our Head Office and outsourced partnerships in business development, finance, HR, Health and Safety and IT across the business to ensure we have the best people, systems and processes to optimise our business performance. Continuous improvement is the mantra in this part of the business where we are always looking at how we can develop our structures and services to add value to our customers in support of our business strategy. Like our business, our central team is dynamic and growing, and a great place for individuals to develop their career.

Where would you like to go next?
We recognise Sigma staff are central to the success of our business and we’re determined to lead, develop, encourage, mentor and inspire them to deliver our vision and to maximise their potential. Meet some of our people who are doing just that!
We are pleased to support Shabang in Huddersfield, a small local charity based in West Yorkshire. Shabang design creative projects for children and young people with disabilities and their families. These can include performing shows, telling stories, run workshop sessions, play music, sing and run hands on arty sessions which everyone can join in with whatever their ability. Shabang work with children with a wide range of needs including those with Down syndrome, autism , global delay, sensory issues and profound and complex needs. They strive to make our projects as accessible and appropriate as possible but above all our work is lively, fun and entertaining.
Sigma have again chosen Shabang as our nominated charity for 2019 in support of our Mechanical & Electrical director, Ben Tiffany, and his daughter Lexi who has benefitted from the organisation and its great work.
On the 13th of September, our two fearless Sigma explorers pushed themselves to the limit to raise money for Shabang & Wakefield and District Down’s Syndrome Support Group and scaled Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain, a massive 19,340ft. Raising money for two fantastic local charities, Ben and Paul have so far raised over £10,000 for Shabang and Wakefield Downs Syndrome Support Group!
Well in gents! It's not too late to donate!
Please donate and give what you can at Just Giving!
