International Tech Co
This is our latest office space fit-out project for a major International Tech Co, located within the stunning Spectrum building in Bristol – labelled as one of the city’s most prominent and distinctive office buildings.
Our fit-out and M&E teams worked collaboratively throughout this project to fully refurbish the entire 2nd floor suite, delivering a modern open-plan office space coupled with an exposed services finish.
Scope of Work
- All hard and soft finishes
- Forming new walls, meeting rooms and breakout spaces
- Internal doors & ironmongery
- A new fitted kitchen and dining space
- M&E small power
- Installation of new electrical system via floor boxes
- Supply and installation of new desk screen system (incorporating all power and data within)
- Fire alarm alteration
- Decoration, including finishes to walls, doors & skirts
