Sigma, who are commercial building transformation specialists, have been placed at number 7 in the ‘large organisation’ category, and number 16 overall, evidencing another strong year of performance to achieve this hat trick on the listing. The list, published by law firm Ward Hadaway and the Yorkshire Post, celebrates the achievements of the most profitable, privately-owned companies in the region which have grown their turnover by the largest amount in recent years.
Sigma has been recognised as a business that is contributing significantly to the Yorkshire economy, providing jobs and attracting investment into the region at the same time as consistently growing the business and remaining profitable. Using information available from Companies House that is then independently verified, Sigma has once again proven that it can hold its own against some of Yorkshire’s biggest and best businesses.

Chief Executive Officer Craig Bennett adds, “I’m incredibly proud of what we do here at Sigma and more so that we are doing so from the very heart of Yorkshire. Over the years we’ve had many opportunities to expand or relocate to other parts of the country but our answer has always been no. We’re on an incredible journey of growth at the moment, made possible by a fantastic workforce and a clear strategy that has some big ambitions within it. The best part is, there’s still more to come so I hope to be on this list for many years to come!”.
